Taylor Swift has revealed that Disney star Selena Gomez is like a “little sister” to her.
The country music star says she loves nothing more than hanging out with Justin Bieber’s 19-year-old girlfriend.
‘She’s like my little sister. I have never had such a truly sister-like relationship with someone. It is really amazing to have [had] a friend for that long,” she said.
‘We met when I was 17-18 and now I’m 21, about to turn 22, it is amazing with so much going on in our lives that we have stayed so close,’ she added.
In an interview on US radio show Kidd Kraddick In The Morning, the Mine singer also admitted that she often panics if she doesn’t write a song every few weeks.
She said: ‘The thought of never writing a song again is the scariest thing in the world. It’s one of my top fears and I have it flashed [sic] before my eyes almost every time I go two weeks without writing a song.’

Selena Gomez is offering her fans the opportunity to help create her debut fragrance.
The actress-and-singer is currently working on the scent and says because her fans know her better than anyone else, they are the perfect people to help her choose a signature perfume.
She explained to WWD: “At this point in my career, it’s really important to me that my fans understand me and who I am as a person – I feel like we’re all just in it together. They’re everything to me. I always involve them in every aspect of my career. Even when I’m on stage performing, I always say I’m performing with them, not for them, because I’m kind of growing up with everybody. And at this time in my career and life, I’m able to share something with them, and I think we can make something great together.
“My fans can go to selenagomezperfumes.com and see all the ingredients – the top ingredient, the middle ingredient, and a base. I want the base to be rich – I like vanilla and maybe some chocolate. For the middle, I’ve smelled raw grapefruit and peach, and the top note’s definitely going to be fruity. I’m going to put up all the [notes] I like and let my fans pick which ones they want to put together. So, it’s going to be something that I like, regardless.”

Selena Gomez claims that the boyfriends she had prior to dating Justin Bieber made her miserable. What does Justin do that the others didn’t? Or does the Biebs simply have that magic touch?
According to Hollywood Life, Selena says the comfort she gets from being around Justin Bieber gives her a sense of happiness she never had before. He accepts her for who she is, and she doesn’t need to pretend when she’s with him.
“The only thing I ever tell my fans is it’s just not worth it to be someone you’re not. I’ve conformed to a lot of guys that I liked before; it’s very easy to want to be what they want you to be. But in the end, it just wasn’t enjoyable and I was miserable half the time. Now, I’m very straightforward. The best person is some one you can be yourself with,” Selena Gomez says.
How wonderful that she’s found that with Justin Bieber. Some people wait the better part of a lifetime to find someone who will love them unconditionally, and Selena Gomez has found it at the age of nineteen.

Selena Gomez is excited for an audition—but what could it be for? Rumors have been swirling that she could play a young Charlotte from Sex and the City in the new Candice Bushnell series called The Carrie Diaries.
“Big audition Selena Gomez 2008today!! Fingers crossed,” Selena wrote on her Facebook. While it’s possible she could be auditioning for The Carrie Diaries, she could be trying out for a number of things. It does seem, however, that this is something big for the singer/actress—but what can be bigger than what she has already done?
Speculation is peaking and while most of Selena’s fans are wishing her “good luck,” several are wondering what the Who Says singer is going after. You have to assume that it’s a film role or a television show… something bigger and better than what she has done in the past. Hopefully she nails the audition and is able to reveal the details to her fans.
It sounds like she is pretty confident, especially if she’s posting about the audition on Facebook. You’d have to imagine that if she was unsure about it, she wouldn’t get her fans all excited, right? What do you think she’s trying out for?
